Greetings parents, I’m Mr. Matt Funston. I will be teaching Science & ICT for my second year here at AVE Academy. Before moving to Nha Trang, I most recently taught Middle & High School STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths) for 4 years in Hanoi, and have been heavily involved in school STEAM Fairs for the last 3 years, including KC’s first fair last year.
I am excited to guide my students through both the scientific method as well as design thinking this year, as we explore the world through making observations, asking questions, and testing their ideas.
